Incorrect Item Received: Notify us immediately so we can arrange a return and send the correct item.

Lost Package: If your order doesn’t arrive, we’ll investigate and provide a replacement or full refund if confirmed lost.

Change of Mind: Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

You have a real support line: If something goes wrong, we can escalate directly to the manufacturer on your behalf, since we're a recognized dealer in their system.

Software and firmware are current: For machines with onboard electronics or battery management systems, authorized units ship with the latest manufacturer updates — gray-market units often don't.

We work directly with authorized manufacturers to keep our prices competitive on every machine we sell. If you find an identical, new (not refurbished, used, or open-box) model at a lower price from another authorized dealer, let us know — we'll match it.
