30-Day Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 30 days with photos or videos. We'll offer a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Item Received: Notify us immediately so we can arrange a return and send the correct item.

Lost Package: If your order doesn't arrive, we'll investigate and provide a replacement or full refund if confirmed lost.

Change of Mind: Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The EBAC RM40 and RM40P are compact, high-performance industrial dehumidifiers designed to provide reliable humidity control in demanding environments. Combining a rugged rotationally moulded housing with a galvanised steel chassis, these units deliver durable operation for industrial shops, storerooms, basements, garages, locker rooms, and other moisture-prone areas.

Featuring an advanced OLED display and electronic humidistat, the RM40 series allows users to precisely set humidity levels while monitoring system operation. The units use efficient refrigeration technology to remove excess moisture from the air, helping prevent corrosion, mold growth, condensation, and damage caused by high humidity.

The RM40 includes an internal water container, while the RM40P model replaces the container with a high-lift integral condensate pump, making it ideal for unattended installations where continuous drainage is required. With quiet operation, portable design, and reliable performance, the EBAC RM40 family provides an effective solution for maintaining controlled environments.
