30-Day Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable method.

Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 30 days with photos or videos. We'll offer a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Item Received: Notify us immediately so we can arrange a return and send the correct item.

Lost Package: If your order doesn't arrive, we'll investigate and provide a replacement or full refund if confirmed lost.

Change of Mind: Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The TASKI Phantas is a compact autonomous floor cleaning robot designed to automate daily cleaning in facilities up to 1,000 m² (10,764 sq. ft.). Combining advanced AI navigation, LiDAR technology, and intelligent obstacle avoidance, the Phantas delivers professional cleaning performance in spaces that were previously too small or complex for robotic cleaning solutions.

Designed as a true multi-purpose cleaning platform, the Phantas functions as a scrubber dryer, vacuum cleaner, sweeper, and dust mop, making it ideal for offices, healthcare facilities, retail stores, schools, hospitality environments, and other commercial spaces. Its compact footprint allows it to clean under tables, desks, and other low-clearance furniture while maintaining excellent productivity.

Powered by a high-capacity lithium battery, the robot provides up to 4.5 hours of autonomous scrubbing or vacuuming and over 10 hours of sweeping. When battery levels become low, it automatically returns to its charging station, fully recharges in approximately 2 hours, and resumes cleaning without operator intervention.

This package includes the charging station, professional installation, and 1-Year TASKI Co-Pilot Service, providing fleet management, performance analytics, cloud connectivity, and ongoing support for optimal operation.
