30-Day Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable method.

Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 30 days with photos or videos. We'll offer a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Item Received: Notify us immediately so we can arrange a return and send the correct item.

Lost Package: If your order doesn't arrive, we'll investigate and provide a replacement or full refund if confirmed lost.

Change of Mind: Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The TASKI Ecobot 50 Pro is a next-generation autonomous floor scrubber designed to automate hard floor cleaning while reducing labor costs and improving cleaning consistency. Equipped with advanced AI-powered navigation, multiple sensor technologies, and intelligent route planning, the Ecobot 50 Pro delivers professional-quality floor scrubbing and drying with minimal operator involvement.

Capable of cleaning up to 1,800 m² (19,375 sq. ft.) per hour, the Ecobot 50 Pro combines powerful dual-disc scrubbing with efficient water recovery for consistently clean, dry floors. Its advanced four-stage water recycling system filters water down to 1 micron, significantly reducing water consumption, chemical usage, and environmental impact while extending cleaning coverage between refills.

Using an array of 2D LiDAR, 3D depth cameras, ToF sensors, RGB cameras, ultrasonic sensors, and cliff detection, the Ecobot 50 Pro safely navigates complex commercial environments while avoiding obstacles and protecting people and property. Operators can easily manage the robot through its intuitive touchscreen interface, monitor cleaning performance remotely, and generate detailed cleaning reports through integrated connectivity features.

Available with either a Charging Station or a fully automated Workstation for battery charging, water filling, and wastewater discharge, the Ecobot 50 Pro seamlessly integrates into daily cleaning operations across retail stores, airports, healthcare facilities, schools, warehouses, and large commercial buildings.
