The EBAC LD82 Lumber Dryer is a compact dehumidification system engineered to accelerate the drying of lumber while helping preserve wood quality. Designed for kiln drying applications with loads up to 3 m³, the LD82 efficiently removes excess moisture from timber to reduce drying times and minimize defects such as warping, cracking, and shrinkage.

Operating on a standard 110V power supply, the LD82 combines efficient airflow with integrated heating to create optimal drying conditions inside the kiln. Its compact design allows for straightforward installation, making it suitable for woodworking shops, furniture manufacturers, sawmills, and custom lumber drying operations.

By continuously extracting moisture from the kiln environment and maintaining controlled drying conditions, the LD82 helps improve drying consistency while reducing energy consumption compared to conventional kiln drying methods.

How It Works

The EBAC LD82 Lumber Dryer removes moisture from lumber using a controlled dehumidification process inside a drying kiln. Moist air is continuously circulated through the unit, where moisture is condensed and removed before the air is gently reheated and returned to the kiln.

This continuous cycle steadily lowers the moisture content of the wood while maintaining controlled drying conditions. The integrated airflow and heating system helps dry lumber evenly, reducing the risk of warping, checking, cracking, and other drying defects while improving overall drying efficiency.
