What is your Return Policy?

30-Day Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable method.

Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 30 days with photos or videos. We'll offer a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Item Received: Notify us immediately so we can arrange a return and send the correct item.

Lost Package: If your order doesn't arrive, we'll investigate and provide a replacement or full refund if confirmed lost.

Change of Mind: Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return Process: Contact support to receive authorization, then ship the item within 7 days with all original contents.

Refund Timing: Refunds are issued after inspection and processed within 7 days (timing may vary by bank).

Body – New use of Poly-Carbon™ material. Lighter and stronger.The Carbon-Lite™ is 22% lighter than others working temperature the vacuum will hut-off until it cools- eliminating any chance of motor damage.
Motor – Our new Pulse Power™ motor has 121” of lift, approximately 42% more than the competition fibers.
Hose – Our exclusive Never-Clog tapered hose is an industry first and patent pending. The hose starts at 1.5” and grows to 3” as it enters the vacuum. An 8” straw doesn’t get stuck. Try that with the competition.
