30-Day Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

The EBAC RM40-SH is a compact, high-efficiency industrial dehumidifier designed to provide reliable moisture control in challenging environments. Built with epoxy powder-coated steel construction and rugged military-style handles, the RM40-SH delivers durable performance for industrial shops, storerooms, basements, garages, locker rooms, and other moisture-sensitive areas.

Featuring an integral humidistat, high-efficiency rotary compressor, and EIP’s unique hot gas temperature-sensitive defrost system, the RM40-SH automatically maintains the desired humidity level while preventing coil freeze-up during operation. Its compact size and simple installation make it an ideal solution for both permanent and portable moisture control applications.

The RM40-SH uses advanced refrigeration technology to remove moisture from the air efficiently. Moist air is drawn across the cold evaporator coil, where water condenses and drains away through the built-in gravity drain connection. The recovered heat is then used to reheat the dry air before it is returned to the space, helping maintain a controlled environment while reducing humidity-related damage.
